Return Request Timeframe

  • Customers must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Any return request made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

A return will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused.
  • The seal, packet, or bottle is not broken or opened.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

If the product has been used or the seal is broken/open, no return or refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Since we provide Free Shipping on orders, the customer must bear the shipping cost for returning the product.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer (UPI / Bank / Wallet / Card).
